What happens after placing an order?

After your order is paid for, it will enter the backend processing stage.

Under normal circumstances, we will complete order processing, packaging, and handover to the carrier within 1–3 business days.

During promotional events, inventory adjustments, or holidays, processing may be slightly delayed, and relevant information will be provided in order updates.



Shipping Scope and Delivery Time

We offer free standard shipping for orders to most regions worldwide.

Standard shipping usually takes 7–14 business days after dispatch, but the exact time may vary depending on the destination and local logistics conditions; remote areas may take slightly longer.

Faster shipping options are available in some regions, usually shortening the shipping time to 3–5 business days. To find out if your shipping address is supported and the associated costs, please contact our customer service team.

Please note that shipping time does not include order processing and potential customs clearance time.



How to track your package?

After your order is shipped, the system will automatically send a notification containing tracking information.

Logistics information may be updated gradually over a period of time after shipment, especially during the initial stages of cross-border transportation. Please be patient while the carrier updates the information.

If you don't see any updates for a long time, we recommend checking your spam folder or considering potential delays during holidays and peak shipping seasons.



About International Shipping and Customs Duties

When an order involves international shipping, the destination country may charge import-related fees, such as customs duties or customs clearance fees.

These fees are determined by the local customs and are usually borne by the recipient.

We will truthfully declare the goods information as required, but we cannot interfere with or predict the customs policies and processing times of each country. If customs inspection occurs, the delivery time may be extended accordingly.



The Importance of Shipping Information

Please ensure that the recipient information is complete and accurate when placing your order, including name, phone number, and detailed address.

Delivery failures due to incorrect, incomplete addresses, or no one being available to receive the package may result in the package being returned.

  • The address can still be adjusted before order processing is completed;
  • Modifying the address after the package has been shipped carries a risk of failure.

If a return occurs due to reasons not attributable to the platform, the relevant shipping costs or reshipping fees will usually be borne by you.



How to handle shipping anomalies? 

If any issues occur during transportation, please submit feedback promptly and provide relevant evidence:

  • Package lost or severely damaged during transit: Please submit order information and evidence within 7 days of discovering the problem.
  • Damage or missing parts discovered after delivery: Please provide clear photos within 48 hours of receiving the package.

After verifying the situation, we will provide a replacement, exchange, or refund solution based on the actual circumstances.



Regarding Returns and Refunds

For returns, please refer to the return and exchange instructions on our website.

For eligible returns due to quality issues, we will bear the return shipping costs; for returns due to personal reasons, the return shipping costs are usually borne by you.

Refunds will be processed after the returned goods have been inspected. The time it takes for the refund to arrive depends on the original payment method.
