Regarding Return Shipping Costs
Returns due to reasons other than quality issues: Return shipping costs are usually borne by you.
Quality or shipping issues: If it is confirmed that the issue is due to a product defect or incorrect/missing items, we will bear the corresponding return and exchange costs.

How to Handle Problems?
If you receive goods with any of the following issues, please submit a request as soon as possible:
- Goods damaged during transportation;
- Significant quality defects affecting normal use;
- The received goods do not match the order.
Please provide clear pictures or videos within 48 hours of discovering the problem for our reference, so that we can verify and process your request faster.
Refund Method and Processing Time
Once the returned item is confirmed to meet the requirements, we will arrange a refund:

- The funds will be returned to the original payment method used when placing the order;
- The actual time of arrival may vary depending on the bank or payment platform.

Which items are generally not returnable?
Based on usage characteristics or safety considerations, returns are generally not supported in the following cases:
- Equipment that has come into contact with water and shows signs of use;
- Tools that are significantly worn or have impaired functionality;
- Kit items that have been separated or assembled by the customer.

Regarding Package Abnormalities
If the logistics status shows that the package has been signed for, but you have not actually received the package, please submit feedback within 48 hours.
